Services

Four areas, one method.

We step in when a decision has lasting consequences for the company or for private wealth. For each area: what it covers, the moments when clients call on us, and how we work with your other advisers.

The areas

One page per area.

For each one: the questions that arise, the moments when clients call on us, how an engagement unfolds, what you receive and what we do not do.

One method

In every area, one engagement in four stages.

Before we start, an engagement letter sets out in writing the question asked, the scope, the timetable, the fees and confidentiality.

  1. Frame the questionWhat has to be decided, and why now.
  2. Establish the factsFigures, contracts, constraints: what is settled and what is not.
  3. Compare the optionsWhat each one commits, what it closes off, what it leaves open.
  4. Decide, then follow throughThe decision is yours; we follow its implementation with you.

How we work, in detail

Your other advisers

With your lawyers, notaries, accountants and banks.

Most of the decisions we work on involve several professions. We do not replace them: legal documents and legal opinions belong to lawyers and notaries, the accounts to the accountant, the financing to the banks.

We work with the advisers you have chosen. Our role is to keep the decision readable from start to finish: that everyone answers the same question, and that you know at all times what is settled and what remains open.
