The essentials in three sentences

This site sets no cookies, uses no audience-measurement tool and loads no content from any third-party service.

The only personal data we receive is what you send us when you write to us.

It is used only to reply to you.

What the contact form collects

• your name;
• the name of your company, if you choose to give it;
• an e-mail address or a phone number, so that we can reply;
• the text of your message.

Please do not send us sensitive information or confidential documents at this stage.

The form sends nothing by itself: it prepares a message in your own e-mail program, which you then send to our address yourself. This site keeps no copy of it.

How long we keep it

A message that does not lead to an engagement is kept for as long as it takes to reply to it, and for no more than twelve months after our last exchange. It is then deleted.

When an engagement begins, the exchanges are kept in the engagement file, on the terms set out in the engagement letter.

Your rights under Law 09-08

Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data gives you:

• a right of access: to know whether we hold data about you, and to obtain a copy of it;
• a right of rectification: to have data corrected, completed or erased when it is inaccurate, incomplete or no longer justified;
• a right to object: to object, on legitimate grounds, to your data being processed.
